Hi Buddies,
Just wondering how many of you are on Orkut.com...
I did find a few there, like Doc, vpriyan and reignofchaos.
The website is a network of friends and infact is a very interesting site. It was made by a Google employee Orkut Buyukotten in search of his lost Girl friend. Today its a part of Google and the whole world uses it to get in touch with their old friends. Any of you guys who dont mind revealing their identity and are a member of orkut could give the link to their orkut profile here. Guys who would want to join orkut can do so easily if you have a Gmail account. Just go to

www.orkut.com and create your profile. Cmon guys lets know a bit more about each other.

Buddy Amp_Nut,
If you visit Orkut, you would find that its a well built site for personal interactions and knowing more about each other, including sharing snaps etc...
Its purpose is mainly friends and networking. Here I suppose people would rather discuss audio than bringing in personal discussions.

Thanks for that.

My point was that most of this forum's members seem to be on Orkut, revealing quite a bit about themselves ( No pun intended ! ) but continue to use aliases on this forum !

P.S: That includes me on this forum

but then I am not on Orkut....

For some aliases are fun. They could share their orkut profile here (if they have one). For people who have other intentions with aliases would obviously keep it mum. But then there would be many who would choose to keep it to their closed group. So its totally optional whether you want to be known in public pr keep it tight...

BTW, I would suggest you do give orkut a visit, you could be astonished with how many old friends you could get in touch with.
