hi guys,
I am mostly into soft Rock, reggae and oldies like Engilbert, Pussy Cat, Neil Diamond etc.
Want to start listening to some nice Jazz but have no idea whatsoever.
can any one of u all suggest me some good stuff to start listening to ?
Like if someone asks me the same question on Reggae, my answer would be Bob Marley.

What ever is available really.Her latest or rather her last album is called the Girl in the Other Room.I have seen this at Rhythm House and Planet M in Mumbai.

You might also want to try Norah Jones,a 'Best of'from the Dave Brubek Group,Yellow Jackets,Return to Forever...

the best diana krall album I have heard till date is "live in paris". Irts quite a concert and superb recording. It always puts a smile on my face :-)

Try this Album by Diana Krall, if you can lay your hands on it - All for You: A Dedication to the Nat King Cole Trio.It's a personal favourite.

that song is called "I love being here with you".
The "live in Paris" cd is available at rhythm house in bombay. Should be available at many other good music stores.
There is also a DVD of the paris concert which is quite nice to see and hear...try to get that as well.
