I am OK.

While we all all praise the resiliance of the Mumbai office goer, there is now a rising anger on Govt and Law & Enforcement inaction....

"Tiger" Memon, who masterminded the earlier Bomb blasts, some years ago, is froliking around, internationally....

Hi everybody,

My name is Pranab and earlier I used to be in Chennai (under the pseudo - Ronnie....lost that id so created a new one). I shifted into Mumbai a couple of months back. The resilience of this city is amazing. Rains, riots, terrorrist attacks....nothing can break the spirit of this city. Next day its work as usual, there is no let up. Most of the scrips in the BSE are on the up today. No wonder ppl who come to Mumbai fall in love with the city inspite of the pathetic infrastructure, dirt, mismanagement of the civic amenities, etc.

Regards,
Pranab

Hi,

If these cowardly loosers think exploding bombs is going to shake the spirit of either the Mumbaikars or that of our Nation, they are sadly mistaken.

I just want to assure all the people of Mumbai that the rest of the Nation is with u.

WE SHALL PREVAIL.....

Shri

Yes we shall.

But what about those who've lost someone close. A sibling/parent/friend/relative/teacher.... worse still - a single working member. They are shattered. "Spirit Of Mumbai" means nothing to them. Their loss is irreplacable - whatever you, I, the politicians, the media or anyone else says.

I pray and hope their families and friends find the strength to carry on.

Was there right outside matunga station when it happened, an extremely sad site I have always heard and seen things like this secondhand, but this time I was there.

The cops, ambulance, and fire brigade were all there which is contrary to the media reports, I personally saw at-least 6-10 people I saw being carried out it was a bloodbath.

The people were absolutely fantastic the people of mumbai showed great courage they were helping out in every way possible.

The only sad part in this whole tragedy was that innocent people lost their lives for a bunch of non-rational sons of bitches, it also angers me that our authorities had no clue about what was about to happen.

11miniturs 7-blasts clueless, I think we need to behave in a ruthless manner towards every single person even remotely involved in this I dont care get the musads get whoever you want just unleash hell.

A very sad day I hope all the families affected by this tragic event see through this its a loss no can replace the least I hope the ones who are involved are treated BRUTALLY, the rest of the people arrested a couple of months back should be taken to azad maidan and shot in front of the city.

I may sound uncivil in this post but one had to be there to understand what had happened.

Satyam,

I know exactly how you feel. I was in the same boat as you in '93 blasts at passport office. I used to work at Brown Boveri House. The blast took place on the same road in front of the building. A few guys and I from the office had rushed down to help after we got over the initial shock and the sight was terrible to say the least.

I know the feeling. I know it all too well. Sadly those memories are fresh all over again....

One of the best I have read since a long time. Speaks from the heart. Perfect retaliatory stuff to the cowardice crap of Mumbai being back on its feet and non-acceptance of reality (lack of our courage and political strength to fight terrorism).

Fantastic article Dare_Devil, just recently 2 Israeli soldiers we held back by the Palestine and they just completely finished the gaza strip ONLY for 2 soldiers and here after loosing 100's do nothing.

I say stop spending on defense if you aint gonna do anything, you say pak is responsible lets take it to them and show what we are made of otherwise just shut-up and say we are impotent.
