Folks,

Need your experiences/recommendation on HK AVR 130 with JBL SCS200 Speakers for a room size of 14X12 feet. Primarily for watching movies.

Hi Folks,

I expected at least one response to my query. Has someone used Harman Kardon AV with JBL Speakers. Please do respond on following parameters-

1. Quality of sound in listening to Music
2. Quality of sound in viewing Movies
3. Value for money

Also please suggest alternatives for a budget of Rs. 50,000.

Have just ordered the HK 330 AV reciever (7.1) and the S312 JBL speakers. Have heard them, & they are mindblowing. The beauty is that the S312s, come with 12" woofers, & really do not require a sub to bring out the lows. The cost is 48000/-. However there is a discount scheme & they can be got for as low as 36000 a pair. The HK AVR 330 is for 42000/- & discounts can be upto 2000/-. Have seen the missions, the Warfedales & the Yamahas, but feel that the above combination of the AVR 330 & the S312 speakers is really good.

Bass form 12 inchers is very good and eliminates need for a sub,I feel you have too much for 14/12 space, but enjoy the rich bass and true midrange courtesy - JBL.
