Bi-wiring sonus 2605 on RX-V659

How can utilize the bi-wiring facility of sonus on the Yamaha RX-V659 ?

Do i connect both the wires to the front A speaker terminals or do i use the Front A & B terminals?

Secondly can i attach 8 ohm pair to the front and a 4 ohm pair as my rear speakers.
