Hey all! I've read the operating manual and I've searched the internet for help. But I just can not get my yamaha rx-v440 receiver to work with the spdif on my soundcard. What I would like to do is a play a DVD on my computer and then have the 5.1 sound to my receiver. I've bought a coax cable and connected it from my spdif output on my sound card and connected it to CD line on the yamaha. Are there any specific settings you have to change on the yamaha? It doesn't say anything about it in the manual. I'm clueless. Please help me. Peter |
