i have seen very broad range of speakers so im asking you regarding this..

I spent a lot of money...though I now listen mostly to music on my MP3 Archos 400 with Sennheiser HD 600 headphones !

I prefer to hear music & enjoy the music, rather then have every detail (good & bad...in some cases more bad then good) hit you on the face.

But as a reference and benchmark system, this is a system which would be pretty hard to beat.

Yes it is in Bradenton...I shuttle between Bradenton & St Maarten...which means I can take the Archos but not the BEAST !

One day I hope to get the stuff to Bangalore, where I have bought a house. Maybe you would like to come & listen to your favaorite CD's on the system ?

Isn't it strange Arj you reach the so called top of the Audio hill and then find out that life in the vally was more fun & enjoyable !

It is like having tea at the Taj and then finding out the local chawala does not make tea as what is served at Taj but it is a sure lot of fun to drink tea with your friends of the road!

In my opinion life is mixture I love music of many kinds with my PC, walkman etc..

I love many girls because i cant find all characteristics in one girl..

Very true..My setup is (Actually was since i am sans speakers) of course is not as High end as yours but when i sit in front of the speakers no matter how much I enjoy the Music , some part of my mind is thinking about the Soundstage, or the clarity, the decay, sibilance.. etc etc.

But with an Ipod and a pair of grado SR 60s it is just the fun of music.

In fact am listening to an Album by Gary Karr - the Kings of Bass. Am enjoying it so much more now

Thats true these road side tea guys have more sense than Hifi dealers.They make tea from cows milk and sell it at a mrgin but dealers here milk you and sell you tea made out of your own milk. dear sub and big ears now don't take diffrent meanings out of this.

poll ended and got good results. The price factor is totally broad its nothing like many are concentrating only at low end or mid end or highend its covering the complete price spectrum..
