Hi!

I just found this site, had a major problem registering, however was successful.

I am leaving India for a job and will not be in India for the next 3-4 years, hence I have to sell my Cadence ARCA-4 (mint condition, only used for 1.5 years)

. I am expecting Rs 2.75 lacs. THose interested pls PM me or contact me on : +919845220759. Only serious buyers pls, not time wasters.

I love the speakers and the sound is fantastic. Sadly

I have to sell them.

Oh Hell...the speakers have reached home when I am out of station so I have not even plugged it in.
I would love to go through the TUbe Pre and SS amp way..u know ..but seems to me there are a lot of tech factors that are involved which I dont understand and guys selling the products certainly don't..or may be they don't give a damn...
If you check out the forum on Stereo about Tube and SSpower amp...one guy has even tried it and has had a bad time matching the amp's...
So in the End i go in for a Nice Hybrid Pre amp or go for a Hybrid Integrated...
I wanted go for a warm and rich sound with Punch...
Will try your Arcam amp surely...but these dealers dont give Home demo's and I can't go carrying my Amaya's around (74 kg...phew...)
Do you think I will get the kind of sound i need only from a Valve integrated amp?
Is "More the valves..the better the sound" concept alright???
Consonance in their Hybrid's have 1 tube in them and Jolida's have 2 Tubes in them.
I have to audition for a Tube amp too...oh god..this is getting Bad

Hercule,
If possible, give Arcam a shot...it may just do the trick for you. Its warm, punchy and detailed.

Lovely speakers indeed.

May I ask what you had paired them with ?
Electronics & Cables ?

I am sure they must be in great condition, would you be open to a counter offer ?
Speakers to be used in Bombay.
