Which guy are you looking for? You mean dubious dealers like AP? They are certainly grinding their axes at the expense of the customers' wounds. Anonimity is a bliss to ask direct and relevant questions. Can you answer the questions I have asked? What is bothering you in the questions I am asking even without answering those? If you don't want me to ask these questions, please help answer them. By the way, I can see why you would want to take sides here knowing very well the relavance of the questions. |

The service centre will only be required when a product is 'purchased' & has a 'problem' ! If the first 2 things get accomplished, then the 'distributor' in this case 'the sound smiths' shall do the needful !!! The speakers are on demo in Bombay @ the Ritz Hotel. I am not aware of Bangalore, but Prithvi [A.P.] does have a place where he provides demos. One can call, take an appointment & listen to the speakers there, I guess...... Bill would be given with the sale of the product, as is always the case. The speakers from Dynaudio come with a 5 year warranty. If things go wrong, they will support it through their representative, i.e. Distributor in the country. What does needful mean and what does it cover? Who will pay for shipping to and from Mumbai assuming that is where it will be repaired.
Does AP have a showroom? A service center? Qualified and comopany certified service personnel? If not, how does the bill and warranty help?
Does the distributor have a dealer network? If so, the details please? Else, how will the local support be provided? Without local support, what is the agreement for service and warranty if the product needs to be shipped elsewhere? |
