Confused between KEF Jamo and Monitero floorstanders

Hi everybody!!
Have been doing a lot of R & D between Jamo, KEF and Monitor for floorstanders. But I'd still like to get a second advice from the stalwarts here about the better of the two- KEF Q5 and Jamo 855 Floorstanders.
Can anybody also advice me on the Monitor S6 floorstanders. It was reproducing vocal and bass very well whereas Jamo couldnt deliver vocals that well. About KEF, i couldnt check out the vocals so clueless. Is there anyone in Mumbai who cld give me a good deal in Monitor S6.

monitor audio is sold at bandra by sushil anand, nova audio. You probably can get a good deal there.

I have heard the three speakers you mention and my order of preference is Monitor audio, jamo, kef.

I havent heard the Monitors, But I would rate the Kef Q5 ahead of Jamo E855.....E855 seemed a difficult speaker to drive and get the juice.

Dear ASR,

I have heard Monitor Audio S1 and infact am using one too a GR20. I can say that in general they both of them sounds better that similar priced KEF and Jamo. Monitor Audio has come out with a new range called Silver RS,they look gorgeous too. Please check them out at Nova Audio it will be worth the effort and time.

The Monitor Audio Silver S6 is certainly better than Kef q5 and the Jamo.
The new silver series from Monitor audio is called the Silver RS series.
I believe they use real wood veneer here.

MA use real wood veneer on all their Silver and Gold speakers. The Silver RS comes veneered on all sides that means the rear of the speaker looks good when they are placed well into the room and is visible. The matt black of Gr20 looks ugly in the centre of my room

I've been trying to call up Nova audio but in vain. Do you know of any alternate number. or perhaps their exact postal address so that I can drop there this weekend.
