Hi guys, I have a Sony 598P AVR which I'm using in stereo mode ( Only 2 flrs as of now). There is an option called dual mono on the AVR. The user manual does mention it at all! Does this setting improve the performance in analog stereo mode? |

Hi ! The term "dual mono" is used to refer to a 2-channel amp which is internally designed like two monoblocks housed in one chasis. It has two separate power supplies for the two channels and two completely discrete circuits. I wonder how an AVR could simulate by click of a soft button  Regards Sanjay |
