Well, here is my most prized headphone amplifier..

Some pics of the glowy beast... The chassis is 17 inches long. The amplifier weighs about 20-25 pounds.

Just the end panels left to finish and I won't touch this beast ever. The panels should take a week or two.

Details on the amplifier can be found

here.. The amplifier uses 6GM8 tubes. Can also used 6922 tubes and 6H30 supertubes.

So you have found your ultimate headphone amp….

Great stuff man. Congratulations. There seems to be a great following for this design.
But Smeggy’s case looks awesome…I am sure you hate him

heheh..thanks vinny, amp_nut..

It was working on the first turn on but then i managed to screw things up and eventually I ended up sacrificing about 12 MOSFEts before it all worked fine.

There is one more headphone amp that the boards I just got finished with . I will reveal it to you guys when I have the case work done somewhat at least.
