Problem with Katronics.de

Hi.

Im writing in English, because my german isnt very good.

Im hoping to get in contact with someone from 01159 Dresden, who will help me. I will ofc. pay the person for his help.

In september 2006 I orderet a Panasonic 42" PV60 plasma tv.
I transfered ~1200€ to their account.
Untill January 2007 I got excuses.. The TV was out of
stock..

Ive send a letter to him, but he declined it. I've tried contacting laywers, but its way to expensive(300€ pr hour)

There for I would like to get in touch with someone who is willing to help me.

First of all if someone knows what happening to katronics' shop in 01159 Dresden. That would be nice to know.

I know that more people have had the same problem over the years.

Up till now i've managed to get in contact with 5 other persons who havne recieved anything.
The persons have transfered from 300€ to 3500€ to their account.

We've talked about driving to Dresden, to talk to Katronics, but i've heard rumors that they are closing.
