Hi friends,

Can anyone tell me how cheaper is it to get an AV Receiver from Singapore? A friend is ready to get it for me when she visits Singapore. Will it save me considerable amount?

One of the forum member anirvan has got a Marantz SR 5500 at 17k INR. So I guess they are considerably cheaper in Singapore, as it costs more than 40k here...(somebody said 49k :L)

basically do a web search and mail all of them-and get rates-
then narrow down-i shall pm a list of sites;
yes subho i was quoted 49900/- by sharda pro accoustics here in delhi-

definitely you save.. even if you pay the full duty amount ti would be around 1/2 the cost
