Hello,

Would anybody have a view on this amp? Reviews look good.

What sort of accompaniments would it require? am getting the amp at a decent rate (1 year old) but if it will send the other expenses skyward then I would avoid.

Also, any view on Cairn Ezo K-1A monoblocks?

Are you refering to the S/5000e ?

What is the othger equipment that you plan to mate this amplifier with ?

Sorry...it was indeed the 5000/e.

My question actually also pertained to the other equipment I would have to pair it with....was looking for advise on a good CDP and any other equipment....

Flexible on the budget.

Key is VFM. Not fixated on any brands. But the sound is everything. Mainly listen to Rock (pre 90)

Do you already have the S/5000e ?
Then we need to work around speakers that will go well.

If you are not fixed on the S/5000e then we can work backwards, first we confirm the speaker that you like & one that can work in your room, then we choose an amplifier that can drive the speakers that you have chosen, then the CD Player & finally the cables.

Do you have to start from a 'blank slate' ? If that is the case, then there are many options for you to look at.

Please do furnish us with details.
