Probleme mit Paypal/extrem lange Zahlungsdauer

Hallo,

ich habe via eBay ein Objektiv verkauft. Der Käufer kommt aus Thailand (!). Die Zahlung ist somit wohl nur (?) via Paypal möglich. Aufgrund von Änderungen/Sicherheitsbedenken kann es lt. eBay dazu kommen, dass es bis zu 21 Tagen dauern kann, bis eine Zahlung gutgeschrieben wird (wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe; seht bitte unten). Aufgrund meines sauberen Bewertungsprofils und bereits mehrere Verkäufe via eBay.com (die sämtlichst über Paypal abgewickelt wurden) hatte ich eigentlich eine reibungslose und schnelle Zahlungsabwicklung erwartet, denn ich kann und werde den Artikel natürlich erst dann versenden, wenn ich über die Zahlung auch verfügen kann.

Hat jemand von euch vielleicht ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder eine Idee, mit wie vielen Tagen "Zahlungsziel" via Paypal zu rechnen ist?

GOVERNING LAW. The laws applicable to this Agreement shall be the laws of the State of California. 10. AMENDMENT. With the exceptions of Section 5(a) and (b), eBay and PayPal may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms in accordance with the relevant eBay and PayPal User Agreements. All amended terms will automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. Additionally, eBay will notify you via the Messages section of My eBay. To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms and the User Agreement for the eBay site with which you are registered, including, where applicable, the eBay Buyer Protection Policy for the eBay site with which you are registered, these terms shall prevail. Unter "Mein eBay" steht (jetzt mit neuem Veranlassungsdatum), dass die Zahlung eingeleitet wurde und jetzt von Paypal geprüft wird.

Genau das erscheint, wenn z.B. kein ausreichendes Guthaben auf dem Paypal-Konto vorhanden ist. Es dauert dann, bis vom "normalen Bankonto" der Restbetrag abgebucht ist und auf dem Paypal-Konto gutgeschrieben wird. Hinzukommend, dass der von Paypal per Lastschrift abzubuchende Betrag auf dem Bankkonto auch vorhanden bzw. gedeckt sein muss. Falls nicht, erfolgt seitens der Bank wieder eine Rücklastschrift*. Wobei es imho da schwierig ist, genau zu sagen, wie das mit Banken in versch. Ländern geregelt ist.

* Kunden von Peter Zwegat nennen das gerne mal "Shice Bank, habs einfach abgebrochen, weils mir zu lange dauerte"
