X-Treamer startet nicht

Hallo zusammen,
habe seit einigen Tagen ein Problem mit meinem X-treamer Prodigy.Er lässt sich zwar starten aber es bleibt das Logo auf dem Bildschirm und fährt nicht rauf damit ich ins Menü kann.Die 3D Filme die ich auf der integrierten Festplatte habe kann ich am PC sehen und auch abspielen, aber nicht über den Beamer.Hatte schon wer dieses Problem oder weiß vielleicht irgendwer eine Lösung zur Reparatur?

Notfall Image einspielen. Da hat sich das Image aufgehängt. Das hatte ich bei meinen alten Xtreamer Sidewinder auch schon ein paar mal.

Guten Morgen,
erstmals danke für die rasche Antwort,aber das Problem ist dass ich nicht weiss wie das funktioniert da ich leider nicht so ein "Profi" bin dass ich mit dieser Antwort was anfangen kann.Wäre nett wenn du mir eine Kurzanleitung geben würdest wie das so in etwa funktioniert.

nimmst die 4.2.7 und gehst rechts auf Download Now Free.

USB Stick formatieren auf Fat32.. Alles an USB Klamotten ausstöpseln und HDD falls vorhanden raus.

Die Datei install.img so auf den Stick ohne Ordner. Dann Gerät stromlos machen für 30Sek.

Stick rein, und dann den Powerknopf halten. Jemand muss dann das Stromkabel einstecken.

Dann sollte das Notfallprogramm starten.

PRODIGY BLACK

Before starting the firmware installation process, please note the following
Use a USB2 thumb/pen-drive that in known to function with your Xtreamer media player. We recommend one no bigger than 2GB.
Format the thumb/pen-drive to the FAT-32 file format system.
Some HDMI display devices may not display an on-screen image (due to HDCP protocols). If so, please connect using the 'yellow' RCA/phono cables.
Disconnect all external USB Wi-Fi dongles, USB hubs and USB HDD drives.
Remove your internal HDD (if fitted).
Disconnect RF antenna from the internal DVB-T module (if fitted).

The installation proceedure is as follows
Un-zip/Extract the Emergency ???????.zip file. This will reveal an install.img file.
Copy the install.img file to the root of the USB2 thumb/pen-drive (ie: not inside a folder).
Insert the thumb/pen-drive into one of the rear USB ports.
Disconnect the power from the Xtreamer media player and wait for 30 seconds.
Press the power button on the front of the Xtreamer media player and keep it pressed.
Re-connect the power to the Xtreamer media player - with the power button still pressed.
After a few seconds the emergency upgrade process should be visible on your display device (if the procedure has been performed correctly). Now you can release the power button.
After the "Emergency Recovery" installation procedure has finished, the Xtreamer media player should automatically perform a RESTORE DEFAULT (which will remove all your saved pre-sets).
However, it is highly recommended that you also manually perform a mandatory RESTORE DEFAULT to completethe firmware installation.

Ich hoffe ja, es ist der richtige Prodigy!!!!!!

Ansonsten musst du dir halt das richtige Image eben da raussuchen.

danke vielmals.Hat bestens geklappt,funktioniert alles wieder tadelos.Das Christkind ist schon heute zu mir gekommen
