Harmony One - Workaround zum Beleuchtungs-Problem

das hier hab ich im offiziellen Harmony-Forum gefunden:

There is a known issue where the backlight will not turn off in a couple of scenarios;

1. When you are in an activity and the backlight has turned off, press the off button without activating the tilt sensor by not moving or picking up the remote. This will cause the backlight to turn on while the activity turns off, and the backlight will stay on forever unless you press another button or activate the tilt sensor.

2. When you are not in an activity and the backlight has turned off, touch the LCD to turn the backlight on and press an activity button without activating the tilt sensor by not moving or picking up the remote. Your devices will turn on, but the backlight will never turn off unless you press another button or activate the tilt sensor.

Cause:

If the Remote Assistant is disabled through the client software, the remote will experience this issue.

Workaround:

Login to account.
Click on "Remote Settings" tab.
Click on "Display Settings".
Set Remote Assistant option to "On" and click "Save".
Update Remote.
After the remote has been updated, the Remote Assistant can be disabled by pressing the "Options" button on the LCD and choosing "Turn Remote Assistant Off".

Expected Resolution Date:

Kurz gesagt geht es darum, dass unter bestimmten Umständen die Beleuchtung der Harmony nicht mehr von selber ausgeht.

Hier der "Workaround" bis eine endültige Lösung kommen wird (voraussichtlich Ende März):
- normal am Account anmelden
- Meine Fernbedinungs-Einstellungen
- Einstellungen
- Fernbedinungsassistent --> EIN
- Speichern
- Harmony aktualisieren
danach dann auf der Harmony
- Optionen
- Fernbedienungs-Assistent --> AUS
