hi,

I am trying to buy my first hi fi system...listen to rock, classical and jazz

how would the combination of be ok

CA 640A and Jamo E670

Or should i go in for wharfedale 8.4

between the two wharfedale 8.4 although the E850/855 are a different kettle of fish.

There are other entry level speakers you could explore. Polk, Wharfedale Evo series, Athena, Energy, lithos, PSB, kef, jpw, heybrook etc, etc.....

Depends on your budget and where you put up. Not all products are available in all metros in India.

Make sure to audition the entire set before you conclude.
The amp/CDP/Speakers.

Of course, as Manek mentioned, budget is most imp!!!

Did you try the Jamo E855, they are similarly priced as Jamo E670.
