Breakthrough 3D tech... 3D IMAGING on the laptop

I feel impact on Hifi could actually be good as more people will know about it and realise what imaging is about...again maybe SQ may get worse.

HT 5.1 might be the worst hit

yup - interesting (because we might have stereo systems that emit sound like we hear it in our everyday lives) & scary (because he's processed the piss out of the digital file & I wonder just what gobbledy-gook he's done w/ the file to get it to sound 3-D!).
But............he might be onto something OR nothing....

there an Audiophile from NJ who liked it. <....but then there are audiophile who like CDs and SS devices ..these days some of them even like Computer HDD based music

I wish there was some more technical info available....

Just separating / isolating the sound to the left & right ear is part of headphone listening, anyway.

Clearly there is MUCH much more.

Any further links and details ... ??
