Traveling to berlin next week, Where do I buy AV Receiver?

Hello,
Next week I will be on vacation in berlin.
I want to buy there new A/V receiver, budget is around 1K euro without vat.
Thinking on buying the Denon 4300h or the Marantz SR7011, going for 5.1.4 setup.
I some two questions.
1, What is the most recommended place to purchase it in berlin.
2. What is the actual buying price for those receivers.

Recommended shops:
- special resellers as SATURN or MEDIAMARKT (a few of it in B)
- local retailer (many of it also in B)
- online-reseller (as posted by Ozone)

current selling price
- Denon AVR 4300: 1100 € at least, depending on reseller
- Marantz SR 7011: 1300 € at least, depending on reseller

In Germany VAT is always included (19%) and there's no chance to buy without it. Exception duty-free-shops, if AVRs available there ... but I wouldn't think so.

I am from Israel so I can get tax refund.
Online resellers cant provide me the tax refund form so its not relevent.

you always will get a receipt which states the tax paid (called: "Mehrwertsteuer"). In Germany there are no varying tax rates for different regions (as in the US), it's always 19%.
for sure you should insist on an explicit "Rechnung" (bill with your name on it) instead of that simple receipt printed by the checkout machine!

my guess(!) is: you can get your tax refund when traveling back home. But that's something which should be explained by your tax office for travels out of Israel. When i check the german "Zoll" (customs) pages, they don't say anything about how to handle things bought in Germany by foreigners.

but be careful! i found

this. It says: you need a special "export permit" für goods >1000€, i would expect that's the value without local tax, but not sure though...
on the other hand it's valid fir "shipments" only, so probably there a completely different rules for stuff you carry with you.

anyway, it's not that easy...
