Samsung LE27T51 - VGA 1360x768@50 Hz is possible

I'm sorry for writing in english, my German is not good so lets hope that you can forgive me. I thought that this might help someone who has been struggling with the same problem as I, to get 1360x768@50 Hz over the VGA input, something that is very important here in PAL Europe. I recently noticved a discussion on the Powerstrip forum over at Entech where a similar problem was discussed and did some testing. I found out that it is possible to get 1360x768@50 Hz if the frequency is lowered one step at a time. This is how I do it on my HTPC from a batch file that drives Powerstrip:

The downside is that the TV only accepts this if it's done like this, in small steps and if I have these settings when I shut down my TV, then it won't show any picture when I turn it on again. I then have to open the batch file again. The batch file first sets 1360x768@60 Hz and then slowly starts lowering the settings towards 50 hz.
