Hilfe: Loewe Spheros R37 Full HD (turn off)

In May 2007 I bought a new Loewe Spheros R37 Full HD.

10 days later it could not start up at all. I have it repaired and they told me that they have changed the signal board.

I still have some problems when using analog tuner - lots of times the TV still turn off automatically

Normally I only use DVB-C tuner and the TV works OK. It only turns off about once a month.

But when I some times use the analog tuner then the TV, lots of times, turn off automatically! But some times never and other times all the time! Normally I think more often if the TV have been turned on long time with DVB-C and I change to analog tuner

About 6 month ago I called the place in Denmark who made the signal board repair. He thinks it was a software failure and not a bad repair.

I always have the newest software downloaded and installed and still have the problems

Anyone have the same problems or knows if the TV has to get another repair (last time the repair took 5 weeks - a lot of time without my Loewe TV

).

I suppose, that rather the power supply unit is defective.

Hi,

I was also wondering if it is 'normal' that the TV turns off automatically or that I have to worry about it and call my dealer.
I have my Individual Select 46 about 7 weeks now and it turned off few times (about 3 or 4 times) automatically. Is it something that can happen from time to time or is it more than that?

I'm not sure what action I took at the moment that the TV turned off.

It seems not to be normal. My TV has never been switched off by its own. Call your dealer.

This week my Loewe Spheros R37 Full HD has been repaired (authorized Loewe Center). I am informed they have changed the mainboard. The repair took 4 weeks.

Until now the TV works fine with DVB-C and Analog tuner. Furthermore the TV is faster to scan channels.

The first day the TV also worked fine when using my PS3 connected to HDMI2 (I am not using HDMI1).

But the last two days the TV ALWAYS turn off when using PS3.
