ASPECT: 16:9
FRAME/SEC: 23.976 (must be less than 25)
BITRATE: less than 1000 (I use in the 900s but can go less for smaller output file size)
SAMPLING FREQ: 44100
CHANNELS: 2
BITRATE: 128 (can use less than this for smaller output file size)

I find I have to run the converted video through PocketDivxEncoder through their automatic audio/video sync function a lot of times as the audio/video will be slightly off sometimes. It's pretty quick and doesn't take that long to do. You can probably play around with the frame rate (lower it) to see if that helps if audio/video are out of sync. I just don't have the time to play around with the setting and re-encoding over and over so I just use PocketDivxEncoder to sync it all up. I know I have checked encoded video in Super and I think 15 frames per second might be a good way to go.
