Image Screens GmbH Imasque Light

Hi guys,

This is my first post here. I am from the Netherlands (yeah yeah, you won more football games from Holland then we did from you ) and don t speak German at all so hope you guys don t mind posting in English.

Recently I bought a automatic horizontal masking screen via Ebay auction. It is the Image Screen GmbH Imasque Light screen. I have build the screen but the masking does not work ok. The remote (from a brand called ELRO) does only do strange things. I found out that the remote was programmed by a technician guy from Image Screens GmbH. The problem is that this company is insolvent and that it is not possible anymore to get in contact with them (really, I tried all sorts of things to get contact). ELRO Germany knows Image Screens and they told me that only Image Screens knows how the remote works because they programmed it themselves.

I was hoping that:
- Someone on this forum maybe knows someone at Image Screens GmbH.
- Someone here maybe also have an Image Screen masking screen that can help me with technical papers or something.

How to connect the two rolls as described by the seller of the screen (that was the only thing he said he knows). As you can notice both the black AND brown cable go in the same connector. To me this seems a little strange because I THINK that these 2 are for UP and DOWN. But why connect this both on the same is maybe not ok?:
