Hello

Bought a month ago some parts for my Transrotor from Hifi-exchange. Paid in advance. Spoke to the person, it looked trustworthy.

When I made the payment, delivery would according to seller take place within a week. I am ever since trying to get contact and have not received anything.

Did some research on amongst others this forum and are now getting worried.

Does anybody know the latest news about this seller? Is he, or isn't he a crook? Are there others which have still not received anything?

If this is fraud, I suggest we join forces and I will ensure that we get our money back and drive this person out of business.

Let me know.

I have contact hifi-exchange too via phone. But no recall! I think you should contact them 2006 again. Its a serious dealer!

Thanks for the info. I am from the Netherlands and a member of the dutch audio society HTforum (www.htforum.nl). Will call them next week again.

Will take action when I am in the office next week.

My German is not so good, but I read that you got your right by putting a claim on his bank account. This is also a thing we would do in the Netherlands, after somebody has repeatedly ignored your rights.

Is this in Germany expensive to do? Probably a good idea for every " victim" of this dealer.
