Accuphase P600 problema digital display

I brought ACC. P600 from my trusted technician, with a problem with the digital display.
The display lights up but shows 666 or 000, reading updates arrive but do not come
Two logic boards are used for this reading, the first has on board
two microcontrollers (with proprietary firmware), A / D conversion and power supplies.
The second mounts CMOS logic that should drive the displays.
The only thing it has detected on this is the power supply voltage of about 4.4V against the 5V required.
It could be one of these bad chips. It is not possible to take a test due to difficult accessibility
of the board when mounted and the absence of any type of scheme.
All integrated on logic board replaced, same result, display all 666
Replaced another 4 on another display board, the same.
If someone has suggestions and can help me or has the manual available (even for a fee)
I would be grateful. Thanks

I'm not very familiar with Accuphase. Therefore I waited to answer you.

I searched the internet and found the model A60. The display looks very similar. A service manual is available for download:

Maybe it helps to understand and analyze the problem.
