Hi,

I'm a guy from Denmark and I usually buy a lot of my stuff from internet sites from Germany, because it's much cheaper.

I'd like to know if anyone knows where to buy svs subwoofer in Germany. Do you know some German online stores or some stores that sells SVS subwoofers?

Best regards, Hunter1980

Hi,

there's no store to buy SVS in Germany. SVS uses direct shipment to the customers.

SVS Online Store for Europe

Hi,
due to the currency rate these guys reduced the prices recently. Particular now you get a lot of "performance" for your Danish EURO:D

Thank you, I wish that Denmark got Euros since Danish people are conservative. Anyway, I checked the price from SVS homepage in USA and compared the www.lsound.no then I realised that I could save like 20-40 % on every subwoofers from USA. I have a friend from USA who will visit me, but I don't think that he feels like bringing a huge box to me from USA.

Hi Hunter1980,

it is always the same wrong calculation which people try to do by comparing US prices to european prices.

a) SVS does NOT sell any 230V units to their local market to avoid any bypassing of their trusted distributors.

b) Their prices on the Website do not cover any taxes and shipment cost to our region, no local service, nor does it take into account that we only are allowed to sell the CE Version of the Subwoofers. Which are more expensive too.

Please read the section 1 on the FAQ for more details:
http://www.lsound.no...140&language_iso=eng

BTW: I just had a similar discussion with a spanish guy, living in Germany. Please read here:

In accordance with Danish laws, it prohibits to buy products which are parallel imported. In another word, I'm not allowed to buy any SVS products from www.lsound.no since it's in discontribution with Danish law.

I beg your pardon, what do you mean by this?
Anyone else in Denmark and whole Europe (beside UK and Benelux) is served by L-Sound. What is meant by a "parallel" import? You cannot get the SVS gear from any other source but L-Sound as no other distributor, nor SVS in the USA, will ship any goods to Denmark. Therefor I cannot see any parallel supply.
If you often buy stuff from Germany, as you posted above, why could you not buy it in Norway alternatively?

Let me show you an example:
Well, Danmark recently closed down the website www.cdwow.dk due to parallel import. Ironically it's still possible to shop at cdwow.com but the website still allow to chose Danish settings http://dk.cd-wow.com/

Anyway, I'll buy it, I don't think that they'll check the content of the package.
